This empty 30 year old home with Lake Leelanau access was purchased by a Baldwin Homes client in 2009. Previously, it was occupied by an older single man but was never finished past the rough framing stage. At first glance you would have thought it was a tear down. The exterior of the home was rotting and the cement foundation was severely cracked. However, upon closer examination, Baldwin Homes found that the basic shell, the roof trusses and 2 x 4’s, were in good condition.
